"I have used ac's of many different brands like LG, Samsung, Carrier etc but all of them gave me trouble. Finally I decided to go in for the best, Mitsubishi Electric. I went to this showroom and was greeted by Mr Shivam who was most welcoming and explained everything in great detail. This helped me confirm my purchase. As I but the ac from an official Mitsubishi store, the ac was installed the same day which is unheard of. I really like the support provided by Mr Shivam and would encourage everyone to visit the place and then make up your mind."

This creates a chaotic work environment and clearly affects the quality and reliability of service. 4. Appointments were delayed or cancelled last minute, and staff seemed confused about schedules. 5. When I asked for explanations, employees hinted they were afraid to speak up because of sudden firings. 6. Communication from the company is poor — calls go unanswered and follow-ups are missed. 7. The installation/service itself was mediocre and felt rushed, likely because staff morale is low. 8. A business run by someone who treats employees this way cannot be trusted to treat customers professionally. 9. I gave them a chance, but the recurring management issues made me take my business elsewhere. 10. Save your time and money — look for a more stable, professional AC service with better customer care."

"I was looking for a good reliable AC for effective long life reliability working in Noida. Mitsubishi, Japanese company, known for quality, trust & reliability. Now the next concern was where to buy from. I Googled & found this Mitsubishi exclusive showroom.Sunday late evening I called up the contact no. & the person confirmed of a callback from a sales expert.Witin 2 min. I got the call, discussed my requirements & I was briefed in detail the available models. Next day I visited the showroom, again discussed, saw the model I selected & immediately got the billing done. Early morning next day installing team visited & completed the smooth installation of the units. I am very much happy with the kind attention & prompt support by their team. "I have only one piece of advice for everyone—never buy a Mitsubishi AC. I purchased a 2-ton unit just 14 months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble since day one. The service is absolutely pathetic—possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. Their service center is a joke. They close your requests without even informing you. For example, I raised a request on 29/07/2025, and until yesterday I had no idea it had already been canceled without any notification. When I called to check, they casually told me, “it’s canceled,” and when I asked why, they had no answer—just excuses. The request was assigned to Praveen Yadav, who never bothered to respond. When I raised another complaint and followed up, the excuse was, “it’s raining, let’s see when we can come.” Seriously? So my time, my comfort, and my money mean nothing to Mitsubishi? They are full of lies and negligence—no accountability, no professionalism. My AC has been dead for over a month now in this unbearable heat, and Mitsubishi has done NOTHING. If you don’t believe me, you’re welcome to come to my house and see it for yourself. So I’m warning everyone ** do not waste your money on Mitsubishi ACs. Their machines are unreliable, their service is worthless, and dealing with them is nothing but endless frustration."

"Pathetic Experience with Post Sales This is to inform you all that I had purchased two AC’s from Noida (Sector 104) outlet on dated 21 June 2025 but still AC’s are not installed yet. Today, AC installation two personnel came to my house and instead of 2-3 hours installation, they took complete day and left home at 6:30 PM evening but installation is not yet completed. 1. Outer units are not properly installed 2. Proper electric wiring not installed 3. Electric connection not done. Being new customer, I am highly disappointed from Mitsubishi Electric, India."
